Advocacy

In addition to providing financial resources for our Green Beret Community where gaps are identified, the GBF staff provides support in the way of advocacy for ALL Green Berets and their families. We may not always have an immediate answer and the situation may not be resolved in-house but we will make every effort to link the service member and/or family member with the appropriate organization to solve the issue presented.

This component of the GBF’s programs and services has proven to be pivotal in the support and care process of our Green Beret Community. The GBF’s Board of Directors and Staff have a vast network of resources to reach out to for support. This network includes POCs within the legal community, Special Forces Community, other not-for-profit organizations, the VA and many private companies.

We encourage Green Berets and their families to make us aware of any support they may need.
